Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a highly skilled Director of Operational Readiness to lead the planning and execution of operational launch strategies for its diverse projects. This pivotal role will ensure all operational aspects are fully prepared, facilities are ready for opening, and teams are trained and equipped to deliver exceptional experiences. The Director will collaborate closely with project management, development, and operational teams to guarantee seamless transition from construction to operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive operational readiness plans aligned with project timelines and organizational objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination to address operational needs across departments ensuring all systems, processes, and staff are ready for launch.
  • Oversee the assessment of operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to guarantee smooth project openings.
  • Manage training programs to equip operational teams with necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor readiness progress through established metrics and KPIs, ensuring stakeholders are informed and projects remain on track.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and guest satisfaction post-launch.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, or a related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.

• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in operational readiness, project management, or operations leadership within entertainment, hospitality, or large-scale infrastructure projects.

• Proven expertise in leading operational launch initiatives and cross-functional teams.

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience developing and delivering comprehensive training programs.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian market and cultural norms is an advantage.
