Director of Marketing & Digital

Grow flyadeal’s brand, revenue and customer loyalty through marketing, advertising, digital channels, ancillaries, loyalty, PR and corporate communications.

Responsibilities

• Brand: Set strategy and maintain consistent positioning, identity and messaging.
• Marketing and advertising: Drive awareness and bookings through traditional and digital campaigns, media, social content, partnerships and route launches.
• App and web: Improve UI/UX and customer experience, conversion and direct sales with technology teams.
• Ancillaries: Grow revenue per customer through product development, marketing and digital merchandising.
• Loyalty: Build engagement, retention and repeat bookings through loyalty and CRM programs.
• PR and corporate communications: Manage reputation, media, internal, external and CSR communications, including disruption and crisis responses.
• Performance and agencies: Manage budgets and agencies; use customer insights and track brand, marketing, digital, ancillary and loyalty results.
• Leadership: Align direct reports with commercial objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media analytics or a relevant field.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 8 years of relevant industry experience, including 5 years in senior management in similar role.
• Brand management and positioning.
• Traditional marketing, advertising, media planning and agency management.
• Digital marketing, e-commerce, app and web management.
• Ancillary product management and revenue growth.
• Loyalty management and CRM.
• Public relations, corporate communications and reputation management.
