EY

Date: 3 hours ago
City: Riyadh
Contract type: Full time
Whether facing acts of fraud, government investigations or regulatory inquiries, major litigation or transactional disputes, clients turn to EY Forensics for assistance.

Our forensic accountants and technologists, certified fraud examiners, anti-corruption and anti-money laundering specialists work with our clients’ legal counsel, internal audit and compliance departments investigating complex issues and developing practical solutions that address operational challenges. Furthermore, we utilize forensic data analytics that enable corporations to manage risk and regulatory compliance.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Director to support our Crisis & Emergency Management practice. Working alongside and reporting to the Partner who leads the practice, this role will strengthen the existing team — bringing deep technical expertise in crisis and emergency management while helping to grow the business, support delivery, and manage client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Support the Partner in growing the practice by identifying new opportunities, contributing to proposals and RFP responses, expanding existing client relationships, and helping build a healthy pipeline.
  • Delivery & Technical Support: Contribute senior technical expertise across crisis and emergency management engagements, ensuring solutions align with leading standards (e.g., ISO 22361, ISO 31000) and meet client objectives.
  • Project Management: Manage engagements day to day — overseeing scope, timelines, budgets, quality, and risk — and support the team in delivering to a high standard.
  • Team Support: Strengthen and mentor the current team, sharing knowledge and helping uplift delivery capability across the practice.
  • Client Engagement: Act as a trusted senior advisor in client workshops, executive briefings, and ongoing engagements, supporting the Partner's market presence.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Extensive experience (typically 12+ years) in crisis management, emergency management, business continuity, or organizational resilience.
  • Strong track record in supporting business development and managing senior client relationships.
  • Solid delivery and project management capabilities across complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.
  • Familiarity with relevant standards and frameworks (ISO 22361, ISO 31000, ISO 22301).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., MBCI/CBCI, PMP, or equivalent) are an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team collaboration skills.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Arabic speaking, reading and writing capabilities
