Director - Assets Security Design & Delivery

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional for the position of Director - Assets Security Design & Delivery. In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and delivery of comprehensive security solutions across all assets within Qiddiya. You will lead efforts to protect physical and digital assets by ensuring the integration of advanced security practices, technology frameworks, and operational policies.

This role requires a visionary leader who can collaborate across departments to build resilient security infrastructures while aligning with corporate goals and regulatory requirements. You'll guide cross-functional teams in delivering secure environments that support the innovative growth of Qiddiya.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of asset security design and delivery strategies that align with organizational objectives and risk management frameworks.
• Oversee the integration of physical and cybersecurity measures to protect Qiddiya's diverse assets.
• Establish standards, policies, and guidelines for security design and implementation across multiple asset types.
• Collaborate closely with enterprise architecture, IT, and operational teams to ensure cohesive and effective security solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships and partnerships to ensure the delivery of high-quality security products and services.
• Monitor emerging trends and technologies in security to continuously enhance the security posture of company assets.
• Lead incident response planning and coordinate recovery efforts related to asset security breaches.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing security design and delivery team capable of meeting evolving security challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in security design, delivery, and leadership, ideally within large-scale asset environments.
• Extensive knowledge of physical security systems, cybersecurity technologies, and integration approaches.
• Proven ability to develop and implement comprehensive security frameworks and policies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with relevant standards and regulations governing asset security.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CPP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
