Development Manager
We're hiring a Development Manager to lead full-lifecycle real estate projects for a growing private developer in Saudi Arabia. You'll own projects from feasibility through delivery, working across all phases.
What You'll Do
Lead feasibility studies, financial modeling, and investment analysis to validate project viability. Collaborate with architects and engineers during design development (concept through detailed design). Oversee construction delivery and project handover, ensuring alignment with commercial and strategic objectives. Manage cross-functional teams including owners, stakeholders, contractors, and consultants to drive projects forward on time and budget.
What We're Looking For
6-7+ years of experience in real estate development with proven ownership across the full project lifecycle. Developer background preferred (not contractor or consultant). Strong financial modeling and commercial acumen. Track record managing complex, multi-phase projects. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
The Role
Full-time, based in KSA. Reporting to senior leadership. Mixed portfolio of projects at various development stages.
