We are seeking an experienced Development Manager to lead and manage mixed-use real estate development projects from concept through delivery. The successful candidate will oversee feasibility studies, design coordination, stakeholder management, budgeting, approvals, and project execution while ensuring alignment with commercial, operational, and strategic objectives.

Experience in mixed-use developments is essential, while exposure to logistics, warehousing, hospitality, or commercial projects will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and development of mixed-use real estate projects.
• Conduct and manage feasibility studies, market assessments, and financial evaluations.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, and regulatory approvals.
• Oversee design development to ensure compliance with operational, technical, and sustainability requirements.
• Support tendering, procurement, and contractor selection processes.
• Monitor project progress and ensure successful delivery within approved timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate closely with Investment, Finance, Project Management, Property Management, and Procurement teams.
• Prepare executive reports and provide regular updates to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Urban Planning, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience within a Real Estate Development company.
• Proven experience delivering mixed-use real estate developments.
• Strong understanding of feasibility studies, development planning, design management, and project delivery.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
