The Deputy CEO / Head of Offline Retail Business will lead and drive the growth and performance of the company's physical retail operations. The role will focus on developing and executing retail strategies, overseeing multi-store operations, driving sales and profitability, and enhancing the overall customer experience while ensuring operational excellence and alignment with the company's business objectives.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead and execute the offline retail strategy to drive business growth and expansion.
• Oversee daily retail operations and ensure consistent performance across all stores.
• Manage retail P&L, budgets, profitability, and operational costs.
• Drive sales performance, revenue growth, and commercial excellence.
• Identify opportunities for store expansion and market penetration.
• Enhance customer experience and ensure high service standards across retail locations.
• Monitor retail KPIs, store performance, and operational efficiency.
• Lead, develop, and manage retail management teams across multiple locations.
• Ensure effective coordination between offline retail, e-commerce, and other business functions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• 12+ years of relevant professional experience, with significant experience in senior retail leadership positions.
• Proven experience as a Deputy CEO, Head of Retail, Retail Director, General Manager – Retail, or equivalent.
• Strong background in offline retail operations and multi-store management.
• Proven track record in retail P&L management, sales growth, and profitability improvement.
• Experience in retail expansion, store operations, and commercial strategy.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs, customer experience, and operational excellence.
• Experience leading large teams and managing multiple retail locations.
• Exposure to e-commerce and omnichannel operations is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
