Responsibilities

• Assist running the kitchen operation.
• Ensure excellent quality throughout
• Bring creativity to the food
• Assist in planning production to facilitate daily requirements
• Assist in developing appropriate seasonal menu offerings
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety regulations

Requirements and skills

• This role is offered on a contractual basis and has the potential for extension as required
• A minimum of 5 years as Commi Experience with high volume food production
• Good communication skills, with Positive attitude
• Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
• Excellent grooming & hygiene standards
• Excellent planning and organizing skills
• Dedicated to the delivery of exceptional service and continuous improvement
