What you'll do:


  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and business inputs
  • Lead monthly S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) cycle and align with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams
  • Analyze forecast accuracy and implement improvement actions to reduce gaps
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess and obsolescence
  • Support new product launches with forecasting and demand planning strategies
  • Prepare and present demand planning reports, insights, and risks to management
  • Collaborate with supply planning and procurement teams to ensure efficient replenishment


What you must have:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years experience in demand planning / forecasting / supply chain
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Knowledge of S&OP and inventory management principles
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills


Nice if you have:


  • Experience in electronics, FMCG, or retail industry
  • Exposure to demand planning tools (SAP IBP, APO, Anaplan, Kinaxis)
  • APICS certification (CPIM / CSCP)
  • Experience in data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Understanding of Saudi market dynamics and demand patterns
