Delivery Project Manager / Construction Manager - Heritage Assets (DEL 1)

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly skilled Delivery Project Manager / Construction Manager specializing in Heritage Assets to join our innovative team. This role focuses on managing the delivery and construction of heritage-related projects, ensuring that these assets are preserved and integrated seamlessly with the overall development plans while meeting the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability. You will be responsible for overseeing the execution, and delivery of major construction projects that align with our strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the delivery of heritage asset projects from inception through completion, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s vision and standards.
• Manage construction activities on site, working closely with contractors, consultants, and heritage specialists.
• Ensure compliance with heritage preservation guidelines, relevant regulations, and international best practices.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, including government authorities, cultural agencies, and internal teams.
• Implement risk management strategies to address challenges unique to heritage asset projects.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet project requirements.
• Oversee procurement processes related to heritage-specific materials and services.
• Lead health, safety, and environmental management specific to heritage site conditions.
• Document and archive project progress, as-built drawings, and preservation records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management involving large-scale construction or development projects.
• Must have Site Management experience, and be experienced in working with supervision consultants and contractors.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable.
• Experience delivering construction projects in Saudi Arabia.
