The Decision Intelligence Analyst is a strategic role designed to assess and synthesize complex data sets into actionable insights that drive organizational decision-making. The candidate will leverage advanced analytical techniques, including predictive modeling, machine learning, and data visualization to influence business strategies across various departments. This position requires a strong understanding of data governance, business intelligence tools, and statistical analysis, along with the ability to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Job Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in utilizing data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent to create interactive dashboards and reports.
- Demonstrated knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and methodologies, including regression analysis, clustering, and hypothesis testing.
- Strong expertise in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience in implementing machine learning algorithms to solve business problems and enhance decision-making processes.
- Solid understanding of data governance principles and best practices for maintaining data integrity and security.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex analyses and concepts to diverse audiences, tailoring the message to the audience's knowledge level.
- Evidence of strong problem-solving skills, particularly in synthesizing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.

Job Responsibilities
- Analyze large volumes of data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform business decisions.

- Develop predictive models and algorithms that enhance decision-making capabilities across the organization.

- Conduct regular audits and quality checks on data to ensure accuracy and integrity in analytics initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in data analytics and decision intelligence to continuously improve methodologies.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide training on analytical tools and techniques to enhance team capabilities.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to align analytics initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
