About the role: The Senior Dealer Marketing Specialist – Middle East will be responsible for supporting dealer-led marketing activities across Middle East markets, ensuring effective local execution of regional marketing strategies, brand guidelines, and business objectives.

As marketing and sales operations are mainly managed by dealer partners in the region, this role will focus on dealer marketing coordination, execution support, weekend event follow-up, and performance tracking. The position works closely with dealer teams, regional sales and marketing teams, and external partners to enhance brand visibility, support customer engagement, and contribute to sales growth across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing and trade marketing strategies tailored to Middle East markets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with local dealers and partners to ensure the successful execution of company plans and business objectives. Support dealer marketing planning and execution across the region.

Plan and implement in-store and outdoor marketing activities, retail campaigns, trade shows, exhibitions, roadshows, and dealer programs to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth.

Coordinate and support dealer launch events, test drive activities, customer engagement programs, and regional activations.

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, customer insights, and sales performance to support data-driven decision-making and strategy optimization.

Manage and coordinate marketing materials, POSM, digital assets, and dealer communication to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Support budget tracking and marketing investment allocation to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Work closely with regional headquarters, sales teams, PR, digital marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure aligned execution of marketing initiatives.

Track and report the effectiveness of dealer marketing campaigns and activities, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Provide regular reports, market feedback, and actionable insights to management regarding dealer marketing performance and market opportunities.

Identify and implement innovative marketing approaches and localized initiatives to strengthen brand positioning in the Middle East market.

Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in dealer marketing, trade marketing, or channel marketing, preferably in the automotive, technology, or FMCG industries.

Experience working with dealer networks, distributors, or retail partners in Middle East markets.

Strong understanding of retail operations, dealer management, and consumer behavior in the Middle East region.

Experience in event management, trade marketing campaigns, and local market activations.

Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.

Data-driven mindset with analytical and reporting capabilities.

Fluent in English; Arabic is highly preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing/reporting tools.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with strong execution capability.
