Job Description:

The Data Analyst will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights, driving informed decision-making across various business units. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in statistical analysis, and the ability to utilize various data visualization tools strategically. The Data Analyst must demonstrate a keen understanding of data governance, data quality, and data management principles. Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field with practical exposure to statistical methodologies.
• Proven experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent software, showcasing the ability to create meaningful visual narratives from data.
• Strong command of programming languages used in data manipulation and analysis, including Python, R, or SQL, with an emphasis on best practices in coding and documentation.
• Demonstrable experience in data management principles, including data cleansing, validation, and data governance frameworks.
• Capacity to translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations for diverse business stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional communication skills both verbally and in written formats.
• Experience in developing, automating, and maintaining data reporting dashboards and metrics that track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Familiarity with statistical tools and techniques, including regression analysis, A/B testing, and forecasting, to support business decisions.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, demonstrating initiative and the capability to lead projects effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

• Present analytical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clear understanding and actionable takeaways.
• Work closely with IT and data engineering teams to improve data architecture and infrastructure, enhancing data collection and storage processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics to consistently improve analytical methodologies and tools utilized within the organization.

Required Skills:
