Job Purpose :
Helping internal customers by being the link between them and the different supply chain functions (i.e. planning and logistics). Prepare analysis of stock situation to take decisions on Overstock, Damaged & Expiry. Prepare stores pre-issues and execute them in the system.

Helping internal customers by being the link between them and the different supply chain functions (i.e. planning and logistics). Prepare analysis of stock situation to take decisions on Overstock, Damaged & Expiry. Prepare stores pre-issues and execute them in the system.
Key Accountabilities :
- Coordinate and communicate between stores and supply chain functions to ensure timely resolution of operational issues and seamless service delivery.
- Analyze stock levels, overstock, damaged, and expired items to support data-driven decisions that minimize losses and improve inventory efficiency.
- Prepare and execute store pre-issues and stock adjustments in the system to ensure accurate inventory records and smooth operational flow.
- Respond to internal customer inquiries and requests related to supply chain operations to ensure prompt assistance and high satisfaction levels.
- Monitor and report recurring store issues and bottlenecks to support continuous improvement in logistics and planning processes.
- Collaborate with the logistics, planning, and inventory control teams to ensure timely stock movements, replenishments, and corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of store requests, stock adjustments, and issue resolutions to ensure traceability and compliance with internal procedures.
- Identify and escalate critical operational challenges to ensure timely intervention and avoid business disruptions.
- Support system updates and process improvements within the helpdesk function to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user experience for internal stakeholders.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, industrial engineering, or related field with equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years business-related experience.
- Ability to lead cross-functionally.
- Ability to supervise a team.
- Analytical and organizational skills.
- Details oriented & extreme accuracy is needed.
- Alertness to data changes.
- Manage the workload and meet the deadlines.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Advanced Communication skills.
- Language (both English and Arabic).
