CRM & Automation Senior Specialist (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent is seeking an experienced CRM & Automation Senior Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationship management (CRM) systems and implementing automation solutions that drive operational efficiency and improve customer engagement.

The CRM & Automation Senior Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the organization's CRM ecosystem, customer database, and marketing automation capabilities to drive effective lead management, customer engagement, conversion optimization, and business performance. The role plays a critical part in designing and enhancing lead management processes, developing automated customer journeys, and providing actionable insights through analytics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize CRM platforms to improve user experience and data accuracy
• Develop and implement automation strategies to streamline business processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly
• Train users and provide ongoing support for CRM and automation tools
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in CRM and business automation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in CRM management, marketing automation, customer lifecycle management, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience working with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Experience in lead management, customer segmentation, campaign automation, and performance analytics.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels, conversion optimization, and digital customer engagement.
