Riyadh Air (RX), headquartered in the Saudi Capital, is the new national airline that’s shaping the future of flying. It seeks to lead the aviation industry by transforming Saudi Arabia into a global aviation and trade hub – a digitally native airline that will connect the kingdom to more than 100 destinations.
About The Role
Are you a strategic problem-solver who thrives in high-stakes environments and transforms challenges into opportunities?
Here's your chance to support the development and execution of crisis management and organisational resilience strategies to safeguard Riyadh Air’s people, assets, and operations.
This impactful role ensures preparedness for disruptive events through planning, coordination, and continuous improvement of response protocols and resilience frameworks.
You must demonstrate Crisis Management Expertise and develop and refine crisis response plans to ensure rapid, structured actions during emergencies, minimising disruption and safeguarding assets and people. This includes ensuring timely decision-making during crises, facilitating communication flow, and implementing corrective actions post-incident.
This pivotal role empowers you to be a strategic guardian of our organisation, proactively embedding resilience frameworks that anticipate and mitigate complex risks, from geopolitical shifts to cybersecurity challenges and climate-related disruptions.
You'll be instrumental in conducting comprehensive resilience assessments that not only identify critical gaps but also transform potential vulnerabilities into organisational strength.
Collaborative by nature, yours is a role of sound collaboration with stakeholders to foster a culture of readiness through awareness and coaching to improve response capabilities. This includes the design and deliver crisis simulations and training programs to enhance preparedness across all levels.
If you're a visionary professional who transforms crisis into opportunity, who brings strategic clarity to complex challenges, and is passionate about shaping the future of global aviation, your next transformative career move starts here.
About You
Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 6 years of expertise in aviation crisis management or emergency response planning, ensuring organisational readiness during critical events.
You are expected to have proven background in risk management or related domains such as emergency management, security, compliance, or operational resilience, contributing to robust risk mitigation strategies.
We’d love to hear from you even more if you have certifications such as Airline Safety, Emergency Response Planning (ERP), Train-the-Trainer, and Auditor qualifications.
This is your opportunity to shape the future of air travel. Bring your best and show us why you can own this position within Riyadh Air.
