Natixis Middle East region spans 14 countries from Egypt to Turkey, but our main focus is in the GCC countries.

We are seeking an experienced Director to join our Corporate & Investment Banking Coverage team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role entails developing and originating a broad range of Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) products to high-profile corporate clients, family offices and financial sponsors. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of investment banking or corporate coverage experience in Saudi Arabia, a strong relationship network and a proven track record of originating and executing complex financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Coverage & Origination: Act as senior client relationship manager providing clients with both personal value-add and connectivity to the bank's network, and lead the origination of CIB products to corporate clients, family offices and financial sponsors
• Deal Execution & Coordination: Lead transaction development and execution in close coordination with various specialized Business Lines, while taking full ownership of credit analysis and management across products
• Credit & Risk Management: Partner actively with credit analysts during the due diligence and credit approval processes, maintaining strict adherence to credit risk, KYC, data quality, and non-financial risk standards
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all business activities strictly adhere to local and global regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience: 8 to 10 years of professional experience in Corporate Coverage or Investment Banking in the Middle East, with a strong focus on Saudi Arabia (KSA)
• Track Record: Proven success in originating and executing corporate banking, structured finance, and M&A transactions
• Network: An established and strong network of relationships with regional corporates, prominent family offices, and financial sponsors
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Languages: Fluency in English is required; Arabic speaking and writing skills are highly preferred
