- Drive sales growth and achieve regional commercial targets.
- Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Represent the business at industry events and with key external stakeholders.
Profile
- Proven experience leading commercial operations or market expansion across Europe within the FMCG sector.
- Strong network and understanding of European distributors, retailers, and route-to-market strategies.
- Demonstrated success in launching new markets and delivering commercial growth.
- Experience negotiating and managing distributor partnerships.
