To assists the workshop team by monitoring stock levels, researching vendors, tracking orders, and maintaining purchasing records.

About The Team
Drawing on over 60 years of automotive expertise, Al Ghurair Mobility is redefining transportation across the UAE by advancing cleaner, smarter, and more connected mobility solutions. From hybrid and CNG-powered taxis to the introduction of EXEED, a high-tech automotive brand known for intelligent design, advanced safety features, and refined performance, our growing portfolio serves both business and consumer needs.
To assists the workshop team by monitoring stock levels, researching vendors, tracking orders, and maintaining purchasing records.
Strategic
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitoring Suppliers.
- Local Purchase.
- PO creation.
- Scheduling deliveries within the time bond.
- Invoice collection & Payment processes ( Suppliers ).
- Check daily Request from Workshop team.
- Coordinating with OEM's and Workshop team for Parts requirement, as and when required.
- Maintain MOQL on regularly.
- Monitor and Guide Suppliers.
- On time responsibility for Team members request.
- Implementing the Systems and Procedures as per Company policy.
- Maintain SLA of Suppliers.
Education & Certifications:
- PREFERRED : Any Degree / Diploma.
- MINIMUM : Diploma.
- skilled in Parts Management.
- Good communication skills in English, Arabic,.
- PREFERRED : 2 years and below.
- MINIMUM : Fresh Graduates or Diploma.
