COOP Training Program

If you are a senior student or an undergraduate interested in joining the TAM Riyadh office for Co-op training, this opportunity is for you!

TAM is a Saudi publicly listed company specializing in digital solutions and advisory services for public and private sector clients. TAM is the partner of choice for 50+ government entities to lead public impact initiatives operating under the Vision 2030 umbrella.

Co-op intake is open in the following departments:
- Advisory Services: you will gain consulting skills, like research, analysis, and storytelling
- Digital Solutions: you will gain skills in subject matters like Digital Operations, Software Engineering, Product or UX / UI
- Business Development: you will gain skills in developing impactful proposals and will learn the sales cycle
- Human Resources: you will gain skills in talent acquisition and HR operations
- Marketing & Communications: you will gain skills in design, copywriting and social media

These roles are open for different majors such as business, management, computing, software engineering, graphic design, marketing, human resources, and more.

Requirements

- Senior students or undergraduates with bachelor’s degrees.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
