COOP Trainee

Yasref offers COOP opportunities to a limited number of high caliber Saudi students.

The objective of this program is to assist participants in gaining practical work experience, as well as meet the graduation requirements of their respective Universities and Colleges. Participants who take part in the program are evaluated at the end of the program, to determine their overall grade for the COOP credits required by the Universities and Colleges

Applicants eligible to apply for the program are those required by their Universities and Colleges to undergo practical training prior to graduation. They are considered for the program based on the availability of slots and the following criteria:

• Applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.6 out of 4 / 3.3 out of 5 for technical majors and 2.8 out of 4 / 3.5 out of 5 for non-technical majors or equivalent. Priority is given to candidates with the highest GPAs.
• Applicant must not have graduated from his/her university.
• Applicants must complete the training COOP in full.
• Accepted students must not be enrolled in university classes/modules during their training period.

• A letter from the university that shows the objectives and the length of the program.
