Job Description
Job Purpose:
To establish a standardized SOP and transparent process for distributing tasks, responsibilities, and assignments among team members, ensuring balanced workloads, clear accountability, efficient resource utilization, and timely delivery of departmental objectives
Effective Job Distribution:
Allocate responsibilities based on team competencies, workload, and business priorates
Task Priorization & Planning:
Assess requirements, establish priorities, and define execution timelines
Resource Capacity:
Evaluate resource availability and adjust assignments to address capacity constraints
Performance & delivery Oversight :
Monitor progress, track deadlines, and address performance gaps
Governance & Delivery Oversight:
Ensure compliance with procedures, review allocation effectiveness, and implement improvements
Skills
Education Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, where relevant to the role.
Professional Experience:
Relevant experience in operations, project management, process improvement.
Technical Knowledge:
Understanding of department process, SOPs, governance farmwork, and relevant systems.
Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder coordination, and reporting capabilities.
Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to identify challenges, assess risk, and recommend appropriate solution
