خلوّه من أي مواد غير قانونية، وذلك بما يتماشى مع متطلبات العميل واستراتيجيات شركة Concentrix.

نبذة عن الوظيفة:
يُعتبر موظف مراقبة المحتوى مسؤولاً بشكل أساسي عن ضمان وضع المحتوى في الفئة المناسبة والتأكد من
خلوّه من أي مواد غير قانونية، وذلك بما يتماشى مع متطلبات العميل واستراتيجيات شركة Concentrix.
ما المطلوب منك؟
- تقييم المحتوى المنشور عبر الإنترنت بما يتوافق مع السياسات والإجراءات المعمول بها.
- مراجعة الحسابات التي تم الإبلاغ عنها لاحتوائها على محتوى حساس، والتأكد من عدم وجود أي انتهاكات للسياسات.
- استعراض الصور ومقاطع الفيديو والحسابات والمحتوى النصي وفقًا للسياسات والإرشادات والاشتراطات التنظيمية، مع التعامل اليومي مع محتوى حساس أو صريح.
- تصعيد أي انتهاكات لسياسات العميل باستخدام الأدوات الداخلية عند الحاجة.
- الحفاظ على مستوى عالٍ من الجودة في كل حالة يتم التعامل معها.
- تحقيق مؤشرات الأداء الشهرية (KPIs) بما في ذلك الإنتاجية ضمن سير العمل اليومي.
- من 0 إلى 2 سنة خبرة في مجال ذي صلة.
- درجة البكالوريوس او دبلوم ان وجد في أي تخصص مناسب.
- مستوى لغة إنجليزية من أساسي إلى متوسط.
- معرفة أساسية ببرامج Microsoft Office.
- العمل من المكتب.
- نظام المناوبات يشمل عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطل الرسمية.
