Consulting Director

About the job

We are looking for an experienced Consulting Director to lead and grow our consulting practice, drive client engagements from strategy through execution, and build lasting relationships with senior stakeholders across our client base. This is a senior leadership role for someone who combines strong business acumen with hands-on delivery experience and a passion for developing high-performing consulting teams.

What You'll Do

• Lead the strategic direction and growth of eSense's consulting practice, aligning services with client needs and market opportunities
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex consulting engagements, ensuring quality, timeliness, and measurable client impact
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level and senior client stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to proposals, pitches, and account growth
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of consultants and engagement managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning
• Oversee project profitability, resourcing, and risk management across a portfolio of engagements
• Represent eSense's point of view through thought leadership, industry events, and client forums
• Ensure engagements adhere to governance, compliance, and quality standards
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, professional services, or a related field, with a track record of leading complex client engagements
• 5+ years in a senior leadership or director-level role, managing teams and client portfolios with on of leading consulting firms in KSA
• Proven experience in business development, including proposal development and client pitching
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business challenges into actionable strategies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
