Key Responsibilities:
- Manage testing and inspection from initiation to completion.
- Review project specifications, standards, testing requirements, and contract documents.
- Supervise site and laboratory testing activities to ensure compliance with applicable standards and procedures.
- Provide technical guidance to testing and inspection personnel.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities on technical and project matters.
- Review and approve test reports, technical documents, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, productivity, quality performance, and budget utilization.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 17025, ISO 9001, safety requirements, and company procedures.
- Investigate non-conformities, implement corrective actions, and drive continual improvement.
- Support business development activities, project proposals, and technical presentations when required.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction material testing and inspection, including experience on major infrastructure, industrial, or mega projects.
- Strong knowledge of ASTM, AASHTO, BS, EN, SASO, Saudi Aramco, and other relevant standards and specifications.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, resource planning, and client coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management abilities.
