Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Riyadh for an experienced Construction Manager. The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing budgets, and maintaining project timelines. Daily tasks will include supervising on-site operations, coordinating with project teams, monitoring construction progress, and troubleshooting any challenges that arise. The successful candidate will uphold high-quality standards and align work with Zeoof Group's innovative approach to real estate development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all construction activities from initiation to completion

• Oversee project execution in line with approved designs, schedules, budgets, and quality standards

• Manage site operations, contractors, consultants, and subcontractors effectively

• Ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations and company standards

• Develop and monitor construction schedules, progress reports, and cost control measures

• Identify risks, resolve site issues, and implement corrective actions promptly

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and project management teams

• Ensure timely project delivery with optimal resource utilization

• Maintain high-quality execution aligned with design intent and project objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in construction management within large-scale projects

• Proven track record in managing complex construction developments

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities

• Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and project controls

• Strong financial and cost management skills

• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and consultants

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
