JOB PURPOSE:

Support commercial performance improvement by analyzing commercial performance data, supporting the implementation of commercial excellence frameworks, and monitoring KPIs and performance reporting, while coordinating cross-functional activities, supporting process optimization initiatives, and maintaining data accuracy and analytical discipline to enable consistent commercial execution and informed decision-making across the

Commercial function.


JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Analyze commercial performance data across categories, channels, and initiatives to identify trends, variances, and

improvement opportunities that support decision-making.

• Support the implementation of commercial excellence frameworks by applying standards, guidelines, and

methodologies to ensure consistent execution across commercial teams.

• Monitor commercial KPIs and dashboards and prepare regular performance reports to highlight progress, gaps, and

risks against targets.

• Coordinate cross-functional improvement activities with Category Management, Operations, Supply Chain, and

Finance to support commercial effectiveness initiatives.

• Prepare analytical insights and recommendations for review by senior stakeholders to support performance

discussions and improvement planning.

• Support commercial process optimization initiatives by documenting current processes, identifying inefficiencies,

and proposing improvement actions.

• Assist with change implementation activities related to commercial excellence initiatives to support smooth

adoption and stakeholder alignment.

• Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to compare internal performance against industry practices and identify

improvement opportunities.

• Maintain data accuracy and reporting discipline across commercial performance tools and analyses to ensure

reliable insights.


Skills Description:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any of these related fields (Business Administration, MIS, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science)
  • minimum of 2 years of experience working in strategy formulation, data analytics and/or performance reporting
  • computer skills
  • Excellent ability to work with Data Visualization tools
  • Excellent communication skills
