Program Details
- Duration: Three years
- Rotations: Three unique twelve month assignments designed to build broad exposure to a variety of commercially oriented roles across several of our key growth areas
- Potential Assignments: quotation engineering, technical support, field sales, field marketing, application engineering, segment sales — depending on country placement.
- International Exposure: there will be an opportunity to work in at least 2 countries in the 3 year timeframe.
- Program Start: The program begins with a Technical Sales Engineer in Riyadh, KSA location, a strategic location within Eaton’s commercial growth strategy in EMEA. In this role, you will be involved in the technical sales of our selected product portfolio working with partners and direct customers to achieve our commercial growth aspirations
- The program begins in September 2026.
- Must currently possess or will have obtained a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar field by August 2026. A master's degree in these fields is also preferred.
- Work or internship experience is a plus (up to max 3 years of experience)
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and oral)
- Proactivity and curiosity
- Ability to learn fast and take challenging tasks
- Desire to build a leadership career in a multinational company
- Flexibility to relocate within the EMEA region during the program
