In this role, you will protect Ericsson's commercial and financial position while securing best-in-class agreements for our customers across technologies and solutions. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of commercial strategy, legal awareness, and customer partnership.

What You Will Do

  • Lead commercial negotiations with legal, sales, and cross-functional teams
  • Develop and execute deal-specific contracting strategies aligned with business objectives and financial goals
  • Assess commercial risks proactively and recommend mitigations to support informed decision-making
  • Manage contract execution, compliance, change control, and dispute resolution
  • Drive measurable outcomes including improved contract terms, financial risk mitigation, and upsell contribution
  • Prepare renewal and renegotiation strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Embed contract strategy into account planning and long-term commercial roadmaps
  • Build commercial tools such as pricing models and negotiation playbooks
  • Collaborate with global teams on contracting strategies for emerging offerings including cloud, private networks, and AI-driven solutions
  • Use data and analytics to support critical thinking and business decision-making

You Will Bring

  • Degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
  • 7–12 years of experience in contract management or commercial management
  • Proven experience in complex contract negotiations across ICT hardware, software, and services
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance risk and business value
