Job Description

Dallah Albaraka Holding is seeking a qualified Cloud Infrastructure Administrator to join its subsidiary, Dallah Digital.

The role is responsible for designing, implementing, administering, and maintaining Microsoft cloud infrastructure and productivity platforms, ensuring the availability, security, performance, and continuity of cloud services. The position also supports infrastructure improvements, cloud migrations, technical operations, and IT projects in accordance with organizational policies and security requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provision, configure, administer, monitor, and maintain Microsoft Azure infrastructure, including virtual machines, networks, storage, servers, backup, and recovery services.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, and related collaboration platforms.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory, including identities, user access, authentication, Conditional Access, enterprise applications, and privileged access controls.
• Implement cloud security and compliance controls using Microsoft Purview and related technologies, including Microsoft Defender, Sophos, vulnerability management, and security updates.
• Monitor cloud service availability, capacity, and performance; troubleshoot complex incidents and provide Level 3 (L3) technical support across Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and Active Directory environments.
• Maintain backup, retention, recovery, and disaster recovery arrangements to support business continuity and protect critical systems and data.
• Support cloud adoption, infrastructure migrations, Microsoft 365 tenant configurations, system integrations, cross-tenant synchronization, and cross-tenant migrations.
• Use PowerShell, scripting, and automation tools to improve administrative efficiency, operational consistency, and cloud resource and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve cloud services, collaboration platforms, system performance, and user experience.
• Execute IT infrastructure projects and maintain accurate technical documentation, system configurations, procedures, and operational standards.
• Develop and implement IT infrastructure policies, standards, and procedures aligned with National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) guidelines and applicable security requirements.
• Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, security updates, and technical improvements to ensure infrastructure stability and reliability.
• Coordinate with IT management, infrastructure, network, security, application, end-user support teams, Microsoft Support, and external service providers to resolve complex technical issues.
• Serve as a technical escalation point and provide Microsoft 365 support to Dallah Digital's sister companies according to business requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related IT field.
• Microsoft professional certifications in Microsoft 365 administration and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Minimum 6 years of IT experience, including IT operations, infrastructure, or applications management.
• Proven experience administering Microsoft 365 environments and delivering comprehensive technical support.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex IT infrastructure environments.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft Purview, and identity and access management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, virtualization, cloud security, networking, and infrastructure technologies.
• Experience with cloud migrations, service integration, backup, recovery, and infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Defender, email security, cybersecurity, and applicable compliance requirements.
• PowerShell scripting, automation, and cloud resource optimization.
• IT project management, team coordination, leadership, and strategic problem-solving.
• Strong communication, collaboration, presentation, and documentation skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
