The Team 

A&M is rapidly growing in the Middle East and seeking to hire a Client Relations Specialist to be based in Riyadh.

You will join the Client Relations team for the Middle East - a recently restructured and refocused function driving a more proactive, data-led approach to market engagement across the region. The team plays a central role in supporting client registration, RFP management, and pipeline visibility for regional leadership across the region.

As Client Relations Specialist, you will be the operational engine of the Client Relations function - managing the day-to-day execution of client registration and RFP activities, leading and coordinating Client Relations Coordinators and Assistant. You will play a key role in translating Business Development(BD) strategy into reliable, well-orchestrated execution and ensuring operational excellence across the region.

How you will contribute 

• Manage and delegate client registration and RFP management requests and tasks across all six current legal entities operating in the region
• Lead the weekly BD team huddle to align priorities, pipeline updates, and coverage needs
• Process client registration requests, refreshes, and renewals across all our CRM portals
• Serve as the point of contact between clients and internal teams for meeting requests, clarification questions, and status updates
• Ensure continuous and accurate documenting, tracking and reporting by team members and team reps of client registrations and RFP submissions
• Oversee the management of bid and performance bond expiry timelines, coordinating extensions and renewals as required in collaboration with Treasury
• Provide on-the-ground operational support, including the collection and facilitation of signed contracts and the collection and delivery of bid bonds
• Provide backup coverage for Client Relations Coordinators and Assistants during peak workloads, leave, or absences
• Support additional Client Relations and Business Development initiatives and undertake other ad hoc responsibilities as required.
  
  

Qualifications 

• KSA National applicants only
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
• 3-5 years of experience in bid/proposal management, business development activities, client relations operations, within professional services, consulting, or advisory firms
• Professional proficiency in English and Arabic (written and verbal)
• Experience working with portals such as Oracle, SAP Ariba, Etimad, and similar enterprise platforms for supplier registration, bid management, and client engagement.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms, including pipeline reporting and data hygiene.
• Proven experience overseeing business development and client relations operational delivery and coordinating across multiple work streams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to produce clear operational reports and updates
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy across multiple trackers and client portal.
