The Civil Engineering Expert – TFM is responsible for leading and managing all activities related to the proper functioning of transport facilities. With a minimum of 7 years' professional experience, the expert ensures operational efficiency, safety, and compliance across civil engineering aspects of transport infrastructure. Prior experience in transport-related facilities will be highly advantageous for ensuring reliability and sustainability of operations.
Your role
- Facilities Operations: Lead and manage daily activities to ensure proper functioning of facilities.
- Maintenance Oversight: Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with contractors and vendors for facility-related services and projects.
- Resource Management: Manage facility resources, including equipment, utilities, and staff.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce costs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve facility issues.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation of facility operations.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years' work experience in facilities management; transport-related facilities experience is advantageous.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of facility systems, maintenance procedures, and safety standards.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and manage facility operations effectively.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to assess facility performance and implement improvements.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to liaise with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
- Problem-Solving: Aptitude for resolving operational challenges and ensuring smooth facility functioning.
