Responsibilities
- Lead process engineering strategy, design, and optimization for upstream and midstream oil facilities.
- Oversee development and approval of process deliverables (PFDs, P&IDs, simulations, calculations).
- Ensure compliance with industry codes, standards, and client specifications.
- Provide technical authority on process design, safety, and operational performance.
- Support project execution across FEED, detailed engineering, construction, and commissioning.
- Drive process optimization, debottlenecking, and efficiency improvements.
- Interface with operations, HSE, and multidisciplinary teams to resolve complex issues.
- Mentor process engineers and maintain technical excellence within the team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Process Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Extensive experience in upstream and midstream oil and gas projects.
- Strong expertise in process simulation, design standards, and hydrocarbon processing systems.
- Proven leadership and technical authority in large-scale projects.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
