The Chief Investment Officer (CIO) for our Family Office & Private Wealth division will be a cornerstone in driving the investment strategy and overall asset allocation for high-net-worth individuals and families. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating, executing, and monitoring a broad range of investment strategies that align with the objectives of our clients. This role demands a deep understanding of global markets, alternative investments, private equity, and risk management strategies, as well as exceptional leadership abilities to inspire trust and collaboration both internally and with clients. The CIO will thrive in a dynamic, high-stakes environment and will demonstrate a profound ability to communicate complex investment concepts clearly to diverse audiences. Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in investment management, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role within a family office or private wealth context.
- Proven expertise in portfolio management, investment strategy development, and financial modeling.
- Strong knowledge of traditional and alternative investment vehicles, including equities, fixed income, private equity, hedge funds, real estate, and commodities.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends to inform investment decisions.
- Demonstrated experience in risk management and performance evaluation methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and external partners.
- A strategic thinker with experience developing long-term investment roadmaps that align with clients' goals and risk tolerance.
- Advanced degree in finance, economics, or related field (MBA or similar credentials preferred).
- Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Job Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement a comprehensive investment strategy that aligns with the family's values, goals, and risk tolerance.
- Oversee the management and performance of investment portfolios, ensuring alignment with overarching investment goals.
- Conduct ongoing due diligence on investment opportunities and managers to evaluate their potential contribution to the family office's objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external investment managers, consultants, and other industry stakeholders to stay abreast of market trends and best practices.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing investment team, fostering professional development and ensuring a collaborative work environment.
- Ensure the family office adheres to regulatory compliance and best practices in investment management and reporting.
- Communicate investment strategies and performance results effectively to stakeholders, including family members, clients, and board members.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations on investment strategy modification based on market conditions and performance outcomes.
- Continuously assess and enhance the risk management framework to protect client assets and achieve optimal investment returns.
- Advocate for sustainable and responsible investing practices that reflect the family office’s values and long-term vision.
