Channel Development Executive – Wholesale (Intern)

Job Purpose

This role exists to drive business growth in the HORECA channel across KSA by expanding partnerships with wholesalers, increasing product penetration within existing customers, and acquiring new wholesale accounts.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development

• Identify, target, and onboard new wholesalers serving the HORECA channel.
• Expand market coverage and unlock new business opportunities.
  
  

Customer Development

• Increase product penetration within existing wholesalers by introducing new SKUs.
  
  

Channel Execution

• Ensure availability and distribution of priority products across all assigned accounts.
• Support implementation of channel strategies and promotional initiatives.
  
  

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers and key stakeholders.
• Act as the main contact for day-to-day business needs and opportunities.
  
  

Sales Performance Tracking

• Monitor sales, distribution, and KPI performance for assigned accounts.
• Identify gaps and take corrective actions to deliver targets.
  
  

Market Insights

• Track competitor activities, pricing, and customer trends in HORECA.
• Provide actionable insights to improve business performance.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multi-task and management competing deadlines.
• Results-oriented with a commercial mindset
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Field Sales and customer facing experience
• Good knowledge of KSA market
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking
