Cashier - Guest Expert ( Saudi )

Job Summary:

The Cashier - guest expert is the first point of contact for Knock guests, responsible for processing orders and payments accurately while delivering a friendly and professional customer experience. This role is key to maintaining smooth front-of-house operations and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with guests in a welcoming, positive manner
• Accurately take orders and process payments using the POS system
• Handle cash, card, and digital transactions with precision
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order delivery
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front counter area
• Promote special items, upsell when appropriate, and support sales goals
• Handle basic customer inquiries or issues and escalate when needed

Requirements:

• Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Ability to stay composed and efficient in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
