Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized CAD Operator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and modifying technical drawings and designs using industry-standard CAD software. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to translate concepts into precise digital models and documentation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy.
  • Create, modify, and optimize 2D and 3D CAD models and technical drawings based on project specifications and design requirements
  • Interpret and analyze design briefs, sketches, and technical documentation to produce accurate digital representations
  • Organize and maintain CAD files, ensuring proper naming conventions, version control, and project documentation
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to refine drawings and resolve technical issues
  • Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, codes, and company specifications
  • Prepare detailed technical drawings for production, construction, or manufacturing purposes
  • Review and verify drawings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project requirements
  • Assist in the development of design standards and CAD templates to improve workflow efficiency
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding project status, revisions, and technical specifications
  • Troubleshoot CAD software issues and optimize performance to maintain productivity

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or similar industry-standard programs
  • Demonstrated experience creating and editing 2D and 3D technical drawings and models
  • Strong understanding of technical drawing conventions, symbols, and industry standards
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors in complex drawings
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to address design challenges
  • Strong organizational skills and time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to interpret engineering and architectural specifications accurately
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • 10 years of professional CAD operation experience (preferred)
  • Experience in manufacturing, construction, engineering, or architecture industries (preferred)
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software (preferred)
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and drawing protocols (preferred)
