flyadeal is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused and safety-conscious individuals to join our Cabin Crew team.


As a Cabin Crew Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, security and comfort of our guests while delivering a professional and memorable onboard experience. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest safety standards, providing exceptional customer service and contributing to efficient flight operations.


This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in fast-paced environments and remain calm under pressure while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude.

Key Responsibilities


  • Ensure the safety and security of passengers and fellow crew members throughout all phases of flight.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining flyadeal's service standards.
  • Welcome and assist guests during boarding and disembarkation.
  • Conduct safety demonstrations and pre-flight safety checks.
  • Respond professionally and efficiently to passenger enquiries and onboard situations.
  • Prepare, serve and sell food, beverages and onboard retail products.
  • Support aircraft turnaround activities, including cabin preparation and restocking.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow Cabin Crew and Flight Deck members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain compliance with flyadeal policies, aviation regulations and safety procedures.
  • Participate in recurrent training and continuous professional development.


Required Qualifications


Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Minimum height of 160 cm.
  • Minimum arm reach of 212 cm while standing on tiptoes.
  • Ability to swim at least 50 metres unaided.
  • Physically fit and able to safely perform Cabin Crew duties.
  • Meet flyadeal's BMI requirements.
  • Successfully pass the required aviation medical examination.
  • No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the Cabin Crew uniform.
  • Valid passport.
  • Eligible to travel without restrictions to all flyadeal destinations.
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, public holidays and overnight duties.


Preferred Qualifications


The following qualifications are considered an advantage:


  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, aviation, hotels, tourism, luxury retail, healthcare, food & beverage or other guest-facing service environments.
  • Experience working in fast-paced operational environments.
  • Experience handling customer enquiries and resolving customer concerns.
  • Additional language skills.
  • Experience working within multicultural teams.
