نبحث عن كاشير للانضمام إلى فريقنا والمساهمة في تقديم تجربة مميزة للعملاء. تشمل الوظيفة استقبال العملاء، تسجيل الطلبات والمدفوعات، المحافظة على دقة العمليات المالية، والتأكد من الالتزام بمعايير خدمة العملاء وإجراءات الشركة.
سيكون النجاح في هذا الدور من خلال تقديم خدمة سريعة واحترافية، التعامل بدقة مع المبالغ والمدفوعات، والمحافظة على بيئة عمل منظمة ومرحبّة بالعملاء.
المسؤوليات
- استقبال العملاء والترحيب بهم وتقديم خدمة عملاء مميزة.
- تسجيل طلبات العملاء وإدخالها بشكل دقيق على نظام نقاط البيع (POS).
- استلام المدفوعات النقدية والإلكترونية وإتمام عمليات البيع بدقة.
- التأكد من صحة الأسعار والفواتير وإصدار الإيصالات للعملاء.
- المحافظة على ترتيب ونظافة منطقة الكاشير ومنطقة العرض.
- متابعة توفر المنتجات والمواد اللازمة وإبلاغ المسؤول عند الحاجة إلى إعادة التزويد.
- التعامل مع استفسارات العملاء وملاحظاتهم بطريقة مهنية.
- الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات الشركة ومعايير السلامة والنظافة.
- إجراء تسليم واستلام العهدة النقدية وفق الإجراءات المعتمدة.
- التعاون مع فريق الفرع لضمان سير العمل بكفاءة.
المؤهلات
- خبرة سابقة في مجال الكاشير أو خدمة العملاء تُعد ميزة.
- مهارات تواصل وخدمة عملاء جيدة.
- القدرة على التعامل مع النقد والمدفوعات بدقة.
- القدرة على استخدام أنظمة نقاط البيع (POS).
- الالتزام بالمواعيد والعمل ضمن فريق.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة ومتغيرة.
- حسن التعامل واللباقة مع العملاء والزملاء.
- الاستعداد للعمل بنظام الورديات.
- القدرة على تحمل ضغط العمل والمحافظة على مستوى عالٍ من الدقة.
