Busway Design Engineer (Mechanical)

Job Purpose:

To support the design, development, and integration of busway systems for data center and power distribution projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and coordinate busway designers in developing efficient and compliant design solutions.
• Prepare technical tenders, Bills of Materials (BOM), and other engineering documentation based on project requirements.
• Provide technical expertise on busway systems and related products.
• Coordinate mechanical and electrical design requirements to ensure proper integration of busway systems.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and documentation to ensure compliance with project standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in busway/busduct design or power distribution systems.
• Knowledge of busway products, technical specifications, and design requirements.
• Must have experience in data center projects.
• Experience in preparing technical tenders, BOMs, and engineering documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design tools.
• Experience with Schneider Electric products or systems is an advantage.
