Job Objectives:
As part of the business sales supervisor rules to handle 2 parts, the corporate section (B2B) and the manpower section (B2C), the job task is created to make sure that the business is going smoothly and efficiently
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Understand client needs and objectives to provide customized solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and account growth through upselling and cross-selling.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, forecasts, and opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support) to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Resolve client issues and complaints promptly to maintain trust.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
Minimum Job Qualifications Requirement (Academic, Training, Languages, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in English & Arabic.
Minimum Work Experience:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Corporate & Business Sales
- Preferably, the Telecommunication industry
- Proven work experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
