Job Objectives:

As part of the business sales supervisor rules to handle 2 parts, the corporate section (B2B) and the manpower section (B2C), the job task is created to make sure that the business is going smoothly and efficiently


Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Understand client needs and objectives to provide customized solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets and account growth through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, forecasts, and opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support) to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Resolve client issues and complaints promptly to maintain trust.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.


Minimum Job Qualifications Requirement (Academic, Training, Languages, etc.)

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English & Arabic.


Minimum Work Experience:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in Corporate & Business Sales
  • Preferably, the Telecommunication industry
  • Proven work experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
