Business Development Team Lead

Serajj Digital Marketing is looking for an experienced Business Development Team Leader to lead our sales and lead generation teams, drive business growth, and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and develop the Business Development and Lead Generation teams.
• Drive sales strategies and ensure achievement of revenue and client acquisition targets.
• Oversee the full B2B sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
• Monitor sales pipelines, team performance, and KPIs.
• Manage client relationships, negotiations, and commercial proposals.
• Ensure effective CRM utilization, accurate reporting, and consistent follow-up.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of experience in business development or sales.
• Mandatory experience in a digital marketing agency or digital marketing services company.
• Previous experience leading and managing a sales team.
• Strong knowledge of B2B sales and the full sales cycle.
• Excellent CRM, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Fluent Arabic and professional working proficiency in English.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
