Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Saudi construction market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, contractors, and government entities.
- Generate leads and secure new projects in civil construction, infrastructure, tower construction, substations, and MEP works.
- Develop business strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
- Identify upcoming projects and participate in tenders, RFQs, and prequalification processes.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial submissions.
- Coordinate with technical, estimation, procurement, and project teams to prepare competitive bids.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and construction industry developments in KSA.
- Maintain a strong project pipeline and provide regular business development reports to management.
- Explore opportunities with major developers, EPC contractors, consultants, and telecom operators in Saudi Arabia.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Business Development within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi construction market and local business practices.
- Proven track record of securing construction projects and generating new business.
- Established network with developers, contractors, consultants, and key decision-makers in KSA.
- Experience in tendering, bidding, contract negotiations, and commercial proposals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business development targets.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
