  • Understand client hiring volumes, recruitment processes, challenges, existing technologies, and decision-making requirements.
  • Identify relevant FirstPass AI solutions aligned with the client's needs.
  • Assess opportunities based on business pain, urgency, potential commercial value, decision-making authority, and implementation readiness.
  • Develop stakeholder maps and understand the client's purchasing process.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity records and qualification notes in the CRM.
  • Prioritize opportunities with strong commercial potential and realistic conversion prospects.
  • Convert qualified leads into structured discovery and demonstration opportunities.

C. Product Demonstrations & Commercial Engagement — 20%

  • Co-lead client discovery sessions and product demonstrations alongside the B2B Commercial Lead and Product team.
  • Prepare client-specific demo briefs outlining business needs, relevant use cases, and expected outcomes.
  • Present FirstPass AI's value proposition and explain how its solutions address recruitment challenges.
  • Translate product capabilities into business value, including operational efficiency, candidate evaluation consistency, and hiring workflow improvements.
  • Address initial commercial questions and coordinate technical or product-related questions with the relevant team.
  • Capture client feedback, objections, integration requirements, and potential implementation considerations.
  • Maintain ownership of follow-up actions after demonstrations.
  • Support pilot discussions and commercial solution development.

D. Sales Conversion & Deal Closing — 15%

  • Work alongside the B2B Commercial Lead to progress qualified opportunities toward commercial agreements.
  • Prepare proposals, pricing requests, and business cases using approved commercial frameworks.
  • Coordinate follow-up meetings, commercial discussions, and negotiation activities.
  • Identify and address buying objections, stakeholder concerns, and deal blockers.
  • Support procurement, legal, and approval processes when required.
  • Maintain clear closing plans, including decision-makers, next steps, timelines, and outstanding requirements.
  • Co-lead closing discussions and contribute directly to acquiring paying B2B customers.
  • Support customer handover to implementation and account ownership teams.

E. CRM, Reporting & Commercial Intelligence — 5%

  • Maintain accurate CRM records across leads, contacts, activities, opportunities, and sales stages.
  • Monitor prospecting effectiveness, qualification conversion, pipeline progression, and closing performance.
  • Provide daily activity updates and weekly pipeline reports.
  • Capture recurring client needs, objections, competitor mentions, and market feedback.
  • Recommend improvements to targeting, outreach messaging, sales processes, and qualification criteria.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Human Resources, or a related discipline.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
  • Confidence in conducting business meetings and presenting solutions.
  • Results-oriented mindset with an interest in achieving measurable commercial targets.
