Description

Mnzil is a fast-growing proptech company in Riyadh providing integrated workforce services (housing, transportation, catering and building operations) across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to drive growth across the Saudi market. You will engage directly with corporate clients, understand their needs and present tailored solutions, while working closely with the sales leadership team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development

  • Strong client communication, lead generation and basic negotiation skills

  • CRM proficiency and pipeline tracking

  • Fluent in Arabic, professional English

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new B2B leads and book client meetings

  • Present Mnzil's services and tailor solutions to each client's needs

  • Maintain accurate pipeline records in the CRM

  • Support negotiations and follow up until deals close

  • Coordinate between clients and internal teams for a smooth handover
