Business Developer

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Developer to identify growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and support business expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop long-term relationships that contribute to organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
• Support contract negotiations and partnership agreements.
• Monitor market trends and provide strategic recommendations to management.
• Track business development activities and prepare periodic performance reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or a related role.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in market analysis and opportunity assessment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in consulting, government projects, or strategic partnerships.
