Business Analyst
Phare Consulting Group
Date: 4 hours ago
City: Riyadh
Contract type: Full time
Remote
Two retail and logistics groups in Riyadh have asked us whether a planned expansion will pay for itself. The answer depends on how their processes really run today, and nobody has written that down yet.
Phare is hiring a Business Analyst in Saudi Arabia to do it with our consultants.
Full-time, remote from anywhere in the Kingdom. Our leadership is in Miami, so a few calls fall in your evening.
Your first months
First month: You interview the people who run a client's order, stock and billing processes and map each step, with the systems and spreadsheets it touches.
By month three: You turn those maps into requirements and simple cost models in Excel, and you mark where time and money leak.
By month six: You walk the client team through your findings yourself.
What you bring
What Phare offers
You get a full-time employment contract; work from home anywhere in Saudi Arabia; medical insurance; paid annual leave plus the Eid holidays and Saudi public holidays; a yearly budget for courses, certifications and books; and your laptop and home desk setup.
Phare Consulting Group is a consulting firm in Miami. Companies come to us before a big decision, such as a price change, a new market or an investment, and we check whether the numbers behind it hold up. Our team in Saudi Arabia works with clients in the Kingdom.
