Business Analysis Manager

Job Description

Lead the Business & Product Analysis function to support strategic objectives by managing business requirements, demand analysis, change requests, product discovery, and development readiness. The role is responsible for translating business needs into clear requirements, BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable recommendations, while coordinating with Product Management, Development, UX/UI, QA, Data, and relevant stakeholders to ensure solutions are feasible, valuable, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage demand intake and change request analysis by assessing business needs, scope, impact, feasibility, dependencies, and expected value.
• Lead requirements elicitation workshops with Product Management, Operations, Technology, Data, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of business needs.
• Own the preparation and quality review of business requirements documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, impact assessments, and related analysis deliverables.
• Support Product Management in product discovery, business case development, roadmap alignment, prioritization, and product performance analysis.
• Manage analysis Qiwa product of quality control metrics to ensure accuracy as well as adherence to the agreed Takamol standards.
  
  

Key Requirements

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Business Analysis, including team leadership.
• Strong skills in scoping, BRDs, user stories, and change request management.
• Familiarity with UX design, prototyping tools, and Agile/Scrum practices.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, or similar BA tools.
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams and deliver aligned, high-quality solutions.
