Brand Manager

About the Role

THC Consulting FZE is hiring a Brand Manager on behalf of one of its clients operating in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and medical aesthetics industry in Saudi Arabia.

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-oriented Brand Manager to lead brand development, strengthen market positioning, and drive product awareness and commercial growth within the Saudi Arabian market.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in brand management within the medical aesthetics, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry, along with a strong understanding of the KSA market dynamics, customer engagement, and product marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen market positioning, increase brand awareness, and drive sustainable business growth in Saudi Arabia.

• Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business objectives and target audiences.

• Oversee product marketing activities, including new product launches, promotional initiatives, product positioning, and lifecycle management.

• Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, understand customer needs, and uncover new business opportunities within the KSA market.

• Develop effective brand communication strategies and oversee the creation of marketing collateral, presentations, promotional materials, and digital content.

• Collaborate closely with sales, medical, regulatory, and digital marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective campaign execution.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, medical practitioners, key stakeholders, and external marketing partners.

• Monitor brand performance, analyse market share and campaign results, and use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies.

• Manage brand budgets, allocate marketing resources effectively, and evaluate the return on investment of marketing activities.

• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.

• Ensure all promotional activities and brand communications adhere to applicable Saudi healthcare, pharmaceutical, advertising, and industry compliance standards.

• Identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility, strengthen customer engagement, and support the organisation's long-term commercial objectives in Saudi Arabia.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration in Aesthetics, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.

• Minimum 8 years of relevant brand management experience, with mandatory experience in medical aesthetics and the professional beauty industry.

• Strong understanding of aesthetic dermatology, professional aesthetic treatments, product positioning, and competitive brand strategies is mandatory.

• Experience managing aesthetic product portfolios, product launches, and integrated marketing campaigns.

• Experience in Saudi Arabian medical aesthetics market is mandatory, with an understanding of local market dynamics, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.

• Experience engaging with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic physicians, clinics, and healthcare professionals is highly desirable.

• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
