Role Overview

We are looking for an organised, professional agent to manage bookings and deliver excellent customer service for our salon and in-home beauty and wellness services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, social media, and our booking platform.
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments accurately.
• Explain services, prices, packages, and availability clearly.
• Coordinate with therapists, drivers, and operations to ensure timely service.
• Maintain accurate client profiles, booking details, and follow-up records.
• Follow up on payments, booking confirmations, and customer feedback.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Recommend suitable services and add-ons without pressuring clients.
• Protect client confidentiality and provide clear shift handovers.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, bookings, or reception; salon, spa, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong spoken and written Arabic and English.
• Excellent telephone etiquette, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
• Confidence using WhatsApp Business, booking systems, and CRM software.
• Ability to remain calm during busy periods and handle complaints respectfully.
• Availability for scheduled shifts, including evenings and weekends.
